Most items are made to order and shipped within 4–6 weeks of purchase via USPS. In stock items may be available for immediate pickup or expedited shipping; call 412-365-2145 to check availability.
HOLIDAY ORDERS: Orders placed for out-of-stock items will not be processed until we reopen on February 2, 2024. Call or visit our store at Pittsburgh Glass Center to confirm in-stock items available for holiday delivery. Happy Holidays!
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Only incorrect or damaged merchandise may be returned or exchanged within five days of receipt of items. Email info@pennfairmount.com to request a return shipping label. The items must be unused and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of handmade glass, the exact hues, shapes, and sizes will vary; we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to differences in size, shape, or color.
